The Fitness and Wellbeing Centre at RMS in Rickmansworth includes a state-of-the-art Cybex gym and two group exercise studios, including a dedicated Spin studio. The club boasts the latest in cardiovascular and resistance equipment, with a fantastic range of top specification Cybex equipment (with integrated TVs) including arc trainers, treadmills, rowing machines and bikes, plus a free-weights area and Functional Training Zone.
Members have access to four Squash courts and a multi-purpose sports hall. The club is staffed by fully qualified instructors, who will ensure each member receives the support and guidance required to reach their personal goals.
The club is designed to offer the community first-class affordable fitness supported by the expertise of Nuffield Health trained staff, with membership costing just £26.00 per month.
